Exclusive CSE
- Complete the Equine Ergonomist (EE) course through Saddlefit 4 Life and an externship with Schleese to become a CEE. Schleese may sponsor the cost of the course.
- Complete the CSE training through Schleese.
- Can sell and fit all Schleese saddles.
- Employee of Schleese Saddlery Service full-time or part-time.
- Lucrative comissions earned. Schleese pays applicable expenses.
- US employees travel within the USA. Travel is required througout the USA. Some opportunities within the region you reside may be available.
- Canadian employees travel within the USA and Canada. Some opportunities within the region you reside may be available.
Non Exclusive CSE
- This option is not available at this time within North America.

- Completed the Equine Ergonimist course through Saddlefit 4 Life.
- 3-year exclusive arrangement with selling Schleese VCFS, Western and PLS-IG as an independent.
- 2-6 Demo saddles supplied to sell or use as demos to sell off of.
- Exclusive product discounts on saddles and accessories allows for earning a lucrative income per unit sold.
- Sponsorship opportunities.
Non Exclusive Distributor
- Completed the Equine Ergonomist (EE) course through Saddlefit 4 Life.
- Non-exclusive agreement. Can sell Schleese VCFS, Western and PLS-IG saddles and other brands if desired as an independent.
- 1-2 demo saddles supplied to sell or use as demos to sell off of.
