“Fit Hole” = The middle hole of 7 holes on each of the cheek pieces, throat latch, crank strap …
Therefore you have 6.5 cm (or 3 holes) on either side of the middle hole.

How to get your measurements:

Go through the photos below to find out how to get your measurements, then review against the chart above.

A) Measure from the corner of the mouth up over the poll and down to the corner of the mouth on the opposite side.

B) Measure starting from a point 1” below and 1” behind the cheekbone at “*” and measure up over the poll and down to the same point on the opposite side.

C) You are essentially measuring the center portion of the browband without including the loops on either side.

D) Measure the throat latch by starting at “*” (at the widest part of the jaw) and measure up over the poll and back to your starting point for the full circumference.

E) Measure the noseband circumference by measuring around the entire nose ensuring you are at least 1” below both both cheekbones.

F) Distance between Cheek bones across the face – Measure starting at “*” which is 1” below and 1” behind the cheek bone to the same point below and behind the other cheek bone. (You want to make sure the cheek pieces are not sitting directly on top of the cheek bones but rather behind and below them.

G) Flash Strap is measured by starting at where the flash loop would attach to the noseband and measure around the entire nose just below the level of the bit where it meets the bit ring.

H) You are measuring the middle section of the headpiece to ensure the ear cut-outs are located in the right spot. Start at “*” the top edge of the browband loop and measure over the poll to the top edge of the opposite brow band loop.

Once you have obtained all of the above measurements, review your measurements against the chart at the top of the page.

Select the bridle size that corresponds to the majority of your measurements. If one or two of your measurements definitely belong to a different bridle size by quite a margin, you may consider ordering that specific piece in a different size.
