Amanda Silver got her first horse when she was 11 and her love of horses prompted her to become a Certified Riding Instructor. During these 15 years as an instructor, she managed a large Boarding facility and was constantly faced with saddles that did not fit correctly. This is what led her to continue her education to become an S4L Certified Saddle Ergonomist and Saddle Fitter.

As the owner of Southeast Saddle Fit in NC, she travels the Southeastern states including GA, NC, SC, and portions of TN to care for her clients. Amanda is very dedicated and passionate about her work, and committed to the welfare of Horses, focusing her attention on protecting Horses from long-term damage. She has given “Saddlefit 4 Life” Lectures and Clinics and feels privileged to have been involved in the “For the Good of the Horse” symposium with Dr.Gerd Heuschmann, Dr.Richard Mansmann, and Saddlefit 4 Life^® founder Jochen Schleese.
