Although riding began as a simple hobby and leisure sport for Diane in the country of Lisbon, Portugal some 37 years ago, it has certainly grown into a lifetime passion and career. Diane currently lives with her husband of 23 years and their youngest son in North Georgia on their own private farm. Over the years, along side her husband, she has finessed the art of not just raising three boys but also homeschooling, running a business, training and competing. Her business “Triple S Eventing” first began in 2010 as teaching a handful of students. It quickly grew into leasing a farm and running a full boarding and training operation. Six years later they decided as a family to take a step away to refocus on their individual and family needs and dreams collectively.
It has always been Diane’s passion to be competitive in the Eventing and Dressage world but more importantly to provide the best possible care for horse and rider. Thus was realized the small private farm where she now brings along her own and her clients’ young and competition horses alike. It is Diane’s attention to the daily care and training that has paved the way for each horses’ competition success.
Diane continues to further her training in dressage and eventing by regularly attending clinics and training with top instructors. She thoroughly enjoys learning and sharing her experiences to select students. She is currently working towards earning her Dressage Medals and will continue to further her show career with hopes of competing at the Grand Prix Level.

“Riding a horse is not a gentle hobby, to be picked up and laid down like a game of solitaire. It is a grand passion. It seizes a person whole and once it has done so, he/she will have to accept that his life will be radically changed.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
